PANIKER, ADHESIVES ENGINEERING
Founded in 1922, Paniker is a manufacturer of water-based, solvent-based and polyurethane adhesives. Paniker’s 12,000m2 manufacturing facilities have 27 production lines and a production capacity of 44,000 tons/year. Paniker has become a benchmark company: for its diversity, for its commitment to research and development (with fully equipped laboratories), for its quality and for its service.
Since 2000 Paniker has been part of the Beardow Adams Group, a multinational manufacturer of hot melt adhesives with production plants in England, Germany, the United States and Sweden, and the only adhesive manufacturer to obtain BRCGC certification for packaging. Through this addition, the Group can offer a complete portfolio of adhesives that meet the needs of different markets and applications: paper, tissue, packaging, labeling, foams, textiles, footwear and wood.
For several years, Paniker has been investing in R&D and in actions linked to the circular economy: adhesives formulated with a high percentage of bio-based raw materials, alkali-cleanable adhesives and re-dispersible adhesives are some examples. Paniker also has its own IBC reconditioning plant, which allows the use of the adhesive container.
