Alicante, September 2022– ASEFCA – The Spanish Glue and Adhesive Manufacturers Association was present at the FEICA European Adhesive & Sealant Conference and EXPO 2022.
Once again, FEICA welcomed more than 600 industry leaders to discuss market drivers and trends, innovation, sustainability and technological advances. The FEICA Conference & EXPO has been one of the premier events for the adhesives and sealants industry, providing essential insight into key issues affecting the industry and great networking opportunities for formulators, customers and suppliers.
This Conference and EXPO is of great importance as it has been the celebration of FEICA’s 50th anniversary. Therefore, FEICA is grateful that this event has been one of the most memorable to date.
In addition, the focus this year from FEICA has been on sustainability in the adhesives and sealants industry with a vision on the multiple challenges we are currently facing, such as high costs, availability of raw materials and the impact of by-products generated, as well as new market trends and innovative products that are being developed with high recyclability properties.
ASEFCA has observed that the new technological advances that are currently being implemented in the adhesives and sealants market mean that its evolution is increasingly increasing through the sustainability and digitalization of the industry.
Next year, the host city for this major European congress will be Tarragona, Spain, from September 13 to 15, 2023. We hope that it will have the same or better reception, which every year makes this event a great meeting point both at European and international level.
