On August 4, 2020, the European authorities adopted a new restriction on diisocyanates under the REACH Regulation. Personnel will need to be trained and certified by August 24, 2023 on the safe handling of products containing diisocyanates. This applies to all professional and industrial users of products with a total monomeric diisocyanate concentration of > 0.1%.
